• Provide timely feedback and approvals to enable project delivery
• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content or materials provided to us
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of MMZ Tech Solutions LLP and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Work product delivered to clients as part of a service engagement becomes the client's property upon full payment, as specified in individual agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digital Reach Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service in the preceding 3 months.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual client proposals. General terms apply: invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
